We do high-ticket sales consulting and 100% done-for-you sales for companies with services that require explanation. For my current company, I actually didn't have a website for the first 18 months, our online presence was completely limited to my LinkedIn profile. It worked “okay” at the time, but at some point I realized that it was extremely helpful to have my own platform. A website where you can host long-form content and direct people to find out more about you.
I used to have another company and built the website myself, which was a nightmare. So I said to myself: This time we'll do it differently. I wanted a professional web designer and found Kris on LinkedIn.
At the beginning you naturally think: Okay, that's a lot of money that you're taking into your hands. But I can say it was absolutely worth it. If I had tried to do this myself or used someone cheap, I probably would have put in a lot more stress and time, only to end up with a result that is nowhere near as good as what I have now. Kris has built a website that completely stands out from the crowd. It feels confident and distinctive, which is what my customers appreciate about me.
A highlight for me was the first draft. That was the first time I saw how all the requirements that we had previously only discussed at text level were taking shape. And with each iteration it got better and felt more like my vision. The website is now live and I have already booked the first meetings through it. We have already generated two leads and we’re close to closing both deals.
What I particularly like: I no longer have to send people to my LinkedIn profile or dig out any post. Instead, I can just send the link to the website and people immediately get a really good idea of what I do. It saves a lot of time and makes communication so much easier.
