What Nico Palasik says
βThe site really sounds like me. Iβm proud to show it, and it helped build trust with a client whoβs now signed on.β
I am the managing director of an assembly company and also work as a systemic personal and business coach. My old website was purely a web business card. I just wanted to be found on the internet. That was sufficient for the situation at the time. After my training as a systemic coach, my way of working changed fundamentally. This also had to be visible to the outside world. The old site did say what I was doing, but it was vague and generic.
I wanted a presence where potential clients would understand who I am and how I work without me having to explain it every time. Of course I would like to gain customers in the long term. But this showroom was even more important to me for my work. The videos also help to create closeness and get a sense of who I am as a person.
I didn't have any major concerns about choosing Kris. We had been connected on LinkedIn for a while, I knew his content and had seen his results. His website and customer testimonials gave me a good idea of ββwhat to expect. He gave me time to think about it after our conversation, but I already agreed beforehand. The trust was there for a long time.
What completely surprised me was the structure of the collaboration. You are really guided through the whole process and always feel like Kris is there and taking you by the hand. Questions were usually answered within an hour or two. This was particularly valuable for me because I only had certain time windows for the project. At the same time, the process made me really think about my own offer again: What is the line and what do I want to convey to the outside world?
I described how the website should feel like a beautiful store with a comfortable carpet that you can relax walking through. When Kris showed me the site for the first time, that exact feeling was there. He turned my input into something completely different than I imagined, but ten times better. I liked the site from the first moment.
The feedback today is consistently positive. I hear things like: This is so you, the site speaks your language. Previously the response was rather mixed. Now I really enjoy showing off my website. A client who has now been confirmed took a look at who I am and how I work and gave very good feedback on exactly that. The contact didn't come directly through the website, but it helped to make my work understandable and build trust.
I would recommend Kris to people who have already established themselves in their business and want to convey their competence and quality to the outside world. If you are still thinking about it, you should simply have an initial conversation with him. He asks exactly what you expect and how he can specifically help. Respect, understanding and professionalism are the three words that best describe my work with him.
